From your keepsake
to the finished medallion

You first buy your medallion unactivated. You then send us what goes inside – we work it in by hand and return your piece to you as insured mail.

To celebrate the opening. Normally €39 each — from the third plate onwards €10.

Choose your medallion
You buy a medallion in the “not activated” version. Chain and Lucecita are already included.

Send in your material
Send the material to be worked in to the address on the enclosed information sheet – hair, ashes, a piece of fabric or dried flowers, for example. You may send different materials for different plates.

We speak personally
As soon as your material arrives, I get in touch personally to discuss the details of the activation.

Handwork and return
I craft the inside individually and return the activated medallion to you as insured mail.

What arrives at your door

  • Your medallion — with the resin plate inside only if you ordered an activation. Without it, the medallion arrives empty and ready to be activated later.
  • The matching 925 sterling silver chain
  • Your LUCECITA
  • A handmade pouch from Chiapas, made by indigenous artisans — it is the packaging that protects your medallion
  • All material that was not used – together with your invoice
Cost of activation

The first two resin plates are free for the opening.

Normally a plate costs €39. From the third plate onwards we charge €10 each. How many plates your piece needs, we discuss personally once your material has arrived.

Shipping

Shipping within Germany costs €6.95 and is insured. From €150 order value it is free — and still insured, the same way.

You cover the cost of sending your material to us. The return of the finished medallion is insured and free of charge for you.

GOLDIES

The GOLDIES are the only medallions you can fill yourself. There is nothing to send in – your medallion comes to you ready to open and fill.
