How it works

From your keepsake
to the finished medallion

You first buy your medallion unactivated. You then send us what goes inside – we work it in by hand and return your piece to you as insured mail.

Choose your medallion
You buy a medallion in the “not activated” version. Chain and Lucecita are already included.

Send in your material
Send the material to be worked in to the address on the enclosed information sheet – hair, ashes, a piece of fabric or dried flowers, for example. You may send different materials for different plates.

We speak personally
As soon as your material arrives, I get in touch personally to discuss the details of the activation.

Handwork and return
I craft the inside individually and return the activated medallion to you as insured mail.

Cost of activation

Activation costs €10 per epoxy resin plate in the two-component system.

Each additional plate costs another €10. How many plates your piece gets is something we discuss personally once your material has arrived.

Shipping

Free shipping from €150. Below that, insured shipping costs €6.95.

You cover the cost of sending your material to us. The return of the finished medallion is insured and free of charge for you.

GOLDIES

The GOLDIES are the only medallions you can fill yourself. There is nothing to send in – your medallion comes to you ready to open and fill.
