You can withdraw from your purchase here within 14 days of receiving your order. Fill in the details, confirm in the next step — that is all. You do not need an account and you do not have to give a reason.

Before you continue

Activated medallions are excluded from the right of withdrawal: they are made individually to your specification, with your own material worked into them (§ 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code). Unactivated medallions, earrings and textiles can be withdrawn as normal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
