Terms and Conditions

This is a convenience translation. In case of doubt, the German version is the legally binding one — see the German page.

These terms apply to all orders placed through geve-tana.de. Statutory provisions apply in addition.

Contracting party: GEVE TANA — Geve Tania, Heidelberg (see imprint).

Conclusion of contract: By submitting your order you make a binding offer. We accept it by sending the shipping confirmation.

Prices & shipping costs: All prices include statutory VAT (under the small business rule of § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown). Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Payment: PayPal or bank transfer in advance. With advance payment we ship once the money has arrived.

Delivery: See Shipping & Payment.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days for the medallion — including when you have it activated. Only the resin plate made individually for you is excluded (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). Details: Withdrawal.

Warranty: the statutory warranty of 2 years.

Data protection: See privacy policy.

Applicable law: German law. Place of jurisdiction Heidelberg, as far as legally permissible.
