Shipping
We currently ship within Germany only.
Shipping costs
- Germany: €6.95 — insured shipping
- From €150 order value: free — and it is the same insured shipping, not an uninsured one
Delivery times
- Without activation: about 1 week
- With resin activation: about 2 weeks from the day your material reaches us
Payment
Two ways are open to you at checkout:
PayPal
You are taken to PayPal and confirm the payment there. A PayPal account is not required — PayPal also offers guest checkout. The amount is due when you place the order.
Bank transfer (payment in advance)

Please always state your full name and the name of the main product, for example:

Without this we cannot match your payment and the order is delayed. We ship as soon as the money has reached us. Please transfer within 7 days — if no payment arrives by then, we release the piece again.
Return shipping after withdrawal
You pay the return postage. If you withdraw from an order, you bear the cost of sending it back — we do not cover it, do not refund it, and do not send a return label. Please ship in a way that gives you proof of posting.
